Returns
As we deal in digital goods and services, we do not offer returns once a product (such as a course, tutorial, file, or digital service) has been accessed or delivered.
If you have not yet accessed/downloaded the product, you may be eligible for a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us promptly to initiate this process.
Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the course/content, and our team was unable to resolve it within 3 business days.
- You purchased a course or service by mistake and did not access/download any content within 24 hours.

- Order ID / Payment proof
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Accessed or downloaded courses
- Personalized services
- Subscription-based services beyond the free trial
- Any offer/promo-based items marked as non-refundable
